What is a pupusa you say? Well I am glad you asked. According to my sources, a pupusa is a traditional Salvadoran dish made of thick, hand-made corn tortilla that is usually filled with a blend of cheese (queso) (usually a soft cheese called Quesillo) and either cooked chicken or pork ground to a paste consistency, refried beans (frijoles refritos), or loroco (queso con loroco) typically served with curtido (lightly fermented cabbage slaw with red chilies and vinegar) and a watery tomato salsa (spicy hot for mommy and mild for daddy). MMmmmm....!!!
The weather was perfect and thousands of people flocked to downtown DSM. It was so busy but thankfully daddy bundled me in my awesome stroller and we just cruised along. Daddy said that if people were walking too slowly he would just run into the back of their heels :) The funny thing is, it was actually mommy who rammed me into the back of somebody!

On her car seat roll up a baby blanket or towel and place it inside and it will help her hold her head until she is big enough to fit in it. I was with you on the pupusas until you mentioned the refied beans. Yuck!!! Love u
